Refund/Exchange Policy

All our items carry our 30-Day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for replacement or refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges). Please use the Return & Exchange Form included in your parcel. For faulty items, please contact our Customer Care Team, between 9.00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday (AEST), on 03 5272 2272 before returning any goods.

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case please call 03 5272 2272 or email prior to sending goods back.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Geelong safe and Secure is an ethical security company with a good reputation regarding quality products and good customer service. If we have installed a product or performed a service for you and you're not 100% happy with the product or services that we've provided then we will repair or replace the product/service on the condition that it is in some way faulty or sold inappropriately, as per our normal trade practices. However if you've changed your mind or feel that you no longer need the product or service that Geelong Safe and Secure has provided then we are unable to offer a refund or return.

Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake where Geelong Safe and Secure has sent you the wrong product will require additional postage and handling charges relevant to the product shipped.

Please fill out the your details on the Return & Exchange Form on the reverse of your order receipt and send this form together with all items returned to the following address.
